doctors

We have been to the doctors. doctor was unable to tell me what baby bryces spots were but said it is probably a viral infection. i will have to take her word for it but i'm not convinced.

She said it is fine for me to take the antibiotics that i have as i only got them a while ago and as i'm feeling better already they must be working.

I want to say how sorry i feel for Joyce. she is really going through it at the moment. I am thinking about you Joyce.

Baby is in bed having a nap so i'm going to cuddle up with charlie boy for a little while before bet-bet comes home from school

love to you all

JOANNE

Well, for the time being you can only take the doctor's word for it.  If you do have reason to worry and I repeat - if - you could always go to emergency at the hospital.  With a baby they would not keep you waiting long. Hopefully none of that will be necessary and he will be fine.

They put everything down to "Viral infection" these days, but I know if things don't improve you will be back there like a shot...:o)
Glad you asked about the antibiotics - Always best to be on the safe side..enjoy your cuddle with Charlie...... Ally

Hi Joanne, have you changed washing powder or softener....that can some time cause a reaction. Either way hope Bryce is soon better....am popping over to see Joyce now!

Glad your feeling a little better.  Not much you can do with a viral infection except the tlc which I know you're doing already.   Have a good cuddle in the warmth, it always helps. Rache xx

When my kids were babies, they came down with the spots too...we call them Roseola...they run a fever and then break out - it looks like the measles but it's over in a few days. Look it up on Google and see if it matches what he has. Hope everyone feels better....Sandi http://journals.aol.com/sdoscher458/LifeIsFullOfSurprises

Joanne...first let me say Baby Bryce  is in my prayers tonight and you too...your such a good Mum...he and the rest of your kids are so lucky to have you.  I am sure the doctor did his best to diagnos him, but all of us have had this told to us, at one time or another...we think it is something more and it ends up viral...and we have to wait it out...that is the hard part for all mums.
Next, I just want to say how kind you are in your remarks about my Mother...she is my rock and my best friend...in away, without her I am lost.  I lost my Dad 4 years ago and I almost could not stand the pain...but I kept my life full of joy and love...and that is what I see in you and your wonderful family...joy and love.  I am so happy I came to your site...hugs and nite nite from good ole Virginia.  Take care and get some rest...
Hugs...
Joyce
